Antique Onyx & 9ct Yellow Gold Initial “T” Signet Ring

A charming antique initial ring crafted in 9ct yellow gold and set with a polished black onyx tablet, featuring an applied gold letter “T” to the centre.

The rectangular onyx has elegantly clipped corners, creating a distinctive geometric profile, while the warm yellow gold initial provides a striking contrast against the glossy black stone. Delicate engraved detailing to the letter adds further character and reflects the craftsmanship of the period.

Particularly attractive are the decorative shoulders, which feature stylised gold motifs leading into a fine polished shank. The onyx is held securely within an open-backed setting by decorative claws, allowing the strong architectural form of the ring to remain light and elegant on the finger.

With its unusually small UK size E, this would make a particularly lovely antique pinky ring, although resizing may be possible within the stated range.

A wonderfully individual antique piece, ideal for someone with the initial T, or simply for a collector drawn to personalised jewellery from the past.

The ring remains in excellent antique condition, with light signs of wear consistent with its age.
