If you wish to return an order for a refund or your item is faulty or does not match the specifications contained in your order, please get in touch with the seller and we will be more than happy to help.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of dispatch. If you choose to return your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered. Item(s) must be returned to the seller within 14 days of the date of receive.
Orders placed outside of the UK are covered by our 14-day returns policy.
Please follow the instructions below for the quickest way to return an item:
- Contact item seller via your Sparklet account
- Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box.
- Make sure the package is sealed securely.
- We recommend you posting using Royal Mail recorded delivery insuring to the full value of content.
- Please also ask for proof of posting.
- If the item is in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the goods.
Products may only be returned to us if the product is returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging; and proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or invoice). If you return an item which comes with a free gift, you must return both the item you paid for and the free gift. Free gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund and are valid while stocks last.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform us concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied. We will reimburse you using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction.
Products that are damaged, broken, repaired, or altered will not be accepted for a refund.
Our return policy is not applicable to earrings or any pierced jewellery due to hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will only accept return on item(s) that are sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received by you - altered, damaged, repaired, or worn items will not be accepted for a refund.
Customised items (such as resized rings or engraved items) are not eligible for return. We also do not accept return for item faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of item(s) during delivery.
Important Information: Please remember jewellery are delicate items and should be treated with care. They are not suitable to wear whilst swimming, gardening, showering, playing sport etc. Foil-backed items must not come into contact with water as this might cause discolouration.
Please Note: The presence of setting or mount may pose limitation to the assessment of the gemstone characteristics. Unless otherwise stated, gemstone characteristics are assessed and determined as its mounting permits, without removing it from its setting. If you are unsatisfied with our assessment, we will only consider opinions of a qualified gemological grading laboratory. Please contact us in the first instant as unauthorised testing could result in a delay of your refund or a refund not being authorised.
