A handsome pair of vintage 9ct yellow gold cufflinks by renowned jewellers Deakin & Francis, dating to 1962.
Each cufflink features a rectangular face decorated with a finely engine-turned textured pattern, framed by polished geometric borders to the upper and lower edges. The subtle contrast between the textured centre and polished detailing gives the pair a refined mid-century appearance, making them equally suited to formal occasions or everyday wear.
The cufflinks are joined by traditional chain links, allowing comfortable movement when worn. Crafted in solid 9ct yellow gold, the pair has a substantial combined weight of approximately 6 grams.
Fully hallmarked for Deakin & Francis, Birmingham, 1962, these cufflinks are a lovely example of quality British jewellery from one of Birmingham's long-established jewellery houses. They remain in excellent vintage condition and would make a particularly elegant gift or addition to a collection of vintage gentleman's accessories.
