If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Xiaot Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Xiaot Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. Our company registration number is 11778359, registered in England and Wales. Sparklet is a trading name of Xiaot Ltd. of F26 Kilworthy Park, Tavistock, Devon,  PL19 0BZ, United Kingdom. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that our products may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option of buying the products at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you despite our best efforts, we will treat the order as cancelled. 

Xiaot Ltd, trading as Sparklet, reserves the right to amend promotion terms and conditions or withdraw any promotion or offer as necessary, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any promotion discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of dispatch. If you choose to return your item outside of the 14-day refund policy, a refund will not be offered unless the product is faulty. Item(s) must be returned to Sparklet within 30 days of the date of dispatch.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, for example:

• By messaging the seller or emailing us at admin@sparklet.co.uk. Please provide you name, address and details of the order.

• By Post – You must complete the information on the Returns Form and post it to us at the address on the form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform us concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Products may only be returned to us if the product is returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging; and proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or invoice). If you return an item which comes with a free gift, you must return both the item you paid for and the free gift. Free gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund and are valid while stocks last.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied. We will reimburse you using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction.

Orders placed outside of the UK are covered by our 14-day returns policy.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received by you.

Products that are damaged, broken, repaired, or altered will not be accepted for a refund.

It is important to note that the presence of setting or mount may pose limitation to the assessment of the gemstone characteristics. Unless otherwise stated, gemstone characteristics are assessed and determined as its mounting permits, without removing it from its setting. If you are unsatisfied with our assessment, we will only consider opinions of a qualified gemological grading laboratory.

Please contact us to discuss your concerns in the first instant as unauthorised testing could result in a delay of your refund or a refund not being authorised.

Most gemstones on the market today have been modified. Assume all gemstones are modified or enhanced unless it is stated from gemological evidence that suggest otherwise.

Delivery Policy

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email regarding the status of your order.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you when you place your order. We aim to dispatch your order within one working day after the cleared funds are received.

Your Order is an offer to purchase Products from us and is subjected to our acceptance in accordance with these Terms. All Orders are subject to verification, our receipt of cleared funds and the availability of product. We may delay dispatch of product until we receive your payment to us.

The costs of delivery will be as displayed on our website (please see the delivery information section of our website) and we reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time before your order is placed. 

We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you if our supply of products is delayed. Whilst we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay, we will not be liable for delays beyond our control.  

After a failed delivery to you, if you do not rearrange delivery or collect the product from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or rearrange delivery we may end the contract for the product.

A product will be your responsibility when it has been delivered to the address you provided to us or you have (or someone authorised on your behalf) collected it. You own a product once we have received payment in full.
