How do I return an Item? 

Contact the seller you purchased your item from to submit a return request, you can do this using your Sparklet account. Before purchase the item, check out the seller's shop policies on the product page (below the product descriptions) or on the seller's profile page. Please note submission of return request does not guarantee that your return will be accepted, this will be up to the seller and what the seller's shop policies stated.

 

Which service should I use to return an item?

If the seller accepts the return, be sure to find out relevant information such as suitable posting method, return address, and the time frame of posting from the seller. We recommend that you use an insured (to value of items) and traceable method to return your item(s) to the seller. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.

 

What if the seller doesn't accept my return? 

Each seller has their own shop policies regarding shipping, return, refund and exchange. If the seller doesn't accept your return and the item is not as described, please contact us.

 

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow up to 5 working days after item received for all refunds to be processed. It may take 5 - 7 days for your bank to process the money back to your account. If you have not received your refund within 7 workings days of the refund notification, please contact us or email us at admin@sparklet.co.uk for assistance.

 

How long after my purchase can I return an item?

Please make sure you request a refund following the seller's shop policies.

 

What if my product is received damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect please contact the item seller for assistance.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

It may not be possible to cancel or change an order. We do ask that you please contact the seller as early as possible to discuss an order change or cancellation.

 

My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.

Please ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item, your item is damaged or there is an item missing, please contact the seller using your Sparklet account.

What are your shipping policies?

Shipping policies vary from seller to seller. You can view each seller's shop policy on the product page (below the product descriptions) or on the seller's profile page.

 

My online order hasn’t arrived yet.

If you have any queries in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can track your item using the tracking number provided by the seller. 

 

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email notification.

Can you resize/engrave my ring for me?

Please contact the item seller to find out more about customisation service, you can do this by clicking on the "Message Seller" button on the product page.

 

Why doesn’t my jewellery look brand new?

Please note Antique, Vintage and Pre-owned jewellery might show signs of age or not look “brand new”. Some Antique and Vintage style pieces will have a special finish applied to them to give them the a particular effect. Please take extra care when handling and cleaning any of these items.
