Circa 1900, this simple and elegant stick pin features an infinity or eternity knot pinhead embellished with a natural blue Sapphire, symbolises eternal love and commitment.
The Sapphire is a beautiful medium blue shade. Marked 15CT to reverse, tests as 15CT Gold.
It is in excellent condition, some wear expected in keeping with age. Comes with the vintage pin box as shown in the photos.
