Delivery Guide

Deliveries are trackable and in most cases, a signature would be required on delivery. If you have any queries in regards to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can track your order using the tracking number or contact the seller for assistance.

Please note: All orders out of the UK may incur charges due to local duties and taxes. Sparklet is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. If you have any queries or concerns about this please check your local custom policy.

These transit days are estimates only. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods i.e., public holidays could take up to 2 days longer than usual.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Please note once your order has been placed online we are unable to make amendments to product, customer or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact the seller.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions, we do experience losses while in-transit. Please contact the seller if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Sparklet.
