Vintage 18ct White Gold Blue Sapphire (No Indications of Heating) & Diamond Halo Ring (2.77ct)

There is a certain depth of blue that feels almost endless, like still water at dusk. That is the first impression this ring gives.

Featuring a natural sapphire confirmed by independent testing with no indications of heating. At its centre sits an elongated oval sapphire of impressive size, glowing in richly saturated velvety blue with subtle natural colour banding across the stone. In softer light it appears calm and composed; in brighter light, flashes of vivid electric blue with gentle teal undertones emerge. Confirmed as unheated by independent gemmological testing, the sapphire carries a rarity and collectability prized by discerning gemstone lovers.

A halo of bright diamonds surrounds the centre, forming a crisp, light-filled frame that enhances the sapphire’s depth and gives the ring a confident, glamorous presence on the hand. Crafted in 18ct white gold, the setting is sleek and refined, with tapered shoulders drawing the eye inward for a balanced, elegant finish.

Dating to 2004 and fully hallmarked, this is a classic “something blue” with serious sparkle, equally suited as an engagement ring, a statement piece, or a meaningful anniversary gift.

In excellent vintage condition, with only minor wear to the sapphire’s facet edges visible under magnification. The sapphire has been independently tested using FTIR, UV-Vis-NIR and Raman spectroscopy, with no indications of heating, and origin assessed as Thailand.
