At Sparklet we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives on time. Every item is packed with care and attention, posted in plain packaging. We offer a wide range of delivery options to meet your requirements. All orders are fully insured for the value of the contents. We aim to dispatch our orders within 3 working days of purchase.

Expected Delivery Times Within U.K

Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 days excluding Sundays. Royal Mail quote deliveries to addresses in the Outer Hebrides and other remote areas may take extra time. 

Delivery To Europe 

Standard Delivery to Europe is estimated to take 5-7 working days.

Other International Delivery

We deliver to Australia, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and United States. 

Standard Delivery to these countries is estimated to take 5 to 10 working days. For countries not listed here and Express Delivery please Contact Us.

Delivery Guide

We use trackable Royal Mail delivery service for all deliveries of online purchases, and in most cases, a signature would be required on delivery. If you have any queries in regards to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can Track Your Order. 

Please note: All orders out of the UK may incur charges due to local duties and taxes. Sparklet is not responsible for any additional fees, restricted items or delay in delivery due to these circumstances. If you have any queries or concerns about this please check your local custom policy.

These transit days are estimates only. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods i.e., public holidays could take up to 2 days longer than usual.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions, we do experience losses while in-transit. Please contact us if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Sparklet.
